Floods Emergency Appeal

Over 3,000 people are estimated dead and many more are missing after Storm Daniel hit eastern Libya. The floods have wiped out a quarter of the city of Derna, Entire neighbourhoods have been washed away in Derna, where two dams burst following heavy rains.
